Swimming

Rest and personal contentment are the basis for a perfect relaxation and healthy deceleration. Whether you swim some morning laps in the indoor pool or you take an evening walk through the Kneipp facility, your circulation will be stimulated, your metabolism boosted and the feeling of well-being increases all by itself.

Water has a wonderful effect on both body and mind. With its soft movements, it has a calming effect while the cool temperature promotes vitality. When you then try a sip of our fresh mountain spring water from our own Neubergerhof spring, you will feel relaxation and freshness in a very special way.

Looking at the unique landscape of flowering forest and meadow, and at the rocky mountain peaks, is another valuable moment to recharge your batteries in peace.

A feeling of floating.

Our indoor pool with infrared cabin is particularly inviting. The 12 x 5 metre pool has a temperature of 30°C so that both big and small guests feel splashingly comfortable.

Enjoy the magnificent panoramic view while swimming or relax on the terrace and sunbathing lawn. In summer, the sliding doors are open. A real “beach feeling” in the middle of the mountains.

A walk across stones, grass and woods through the Kneipp water has a beneficial and stimulating effect. Refresh your mind and your feet. Afterwards, relax on the sunbathing lawn amidst the green, blossoming Neuberg meadows.
