The legitimate economic interests of the website operator must also be taken into account.

We continuously review and improve accessibility, but cannot provide a legally binding guarantee for the complete accessibility of all content.

On-site accessibility

To ensure your complete comfort, almost every area of the Neubergerhof is easily accessible and barrier-free. Two elevators connect all six floors (from the second basement level to the third floor), allowing you to reach any level with ease.

The entrances (day and night), reception, lobby, restaurant and buffet area, Neuberger NaturSpa, children's areas, all guest rooms, and all public areas such as the guest laundry, changing rooms, and restrooms are, of course, barrier-free.

Only the direct access to the WASTL Natur Arena – our multi-purpose hall on the second basement level – involves a few steps. However, we have a solution for this as well: You can access the hall barrier-free via the lawn in the outdoor area. Please feel free to ask us about this – we are always happy to help.

We would also be pleased to provide you with individual information about barrier-free facilities and experiences in our surroundings. If you are planning an excursion or a specific activity, simply contact us – we will clarify all the details for you in advance.
