Filzmoos and our holiday region offer countless hiking opportunities, where your dog is also welcome. Whether you have a young puppy, lively adult dog or jolly senior, we will help you find together the ideal excursion destination in SalzburgerLand.
A highlight for your dog here at Hotel Neubergerhof is certainly the cool stream that runs below the hotel. While you enjoy the sun, your four-legged friend can refresh itself wonderfully on hot summer days.

It will be a great vacation if everyone pays attention to cleanliness!
- Dog poo bags are available free of charge at the reception or at the two “Gassi” stations at the hotel.
- A dog poo rubbish bin for the disposal of the dog bags can be found directly at the stable building.
- Dog walk routes run through forests, over paths along the creek and through our own gorge with stream, starting directly from the hotel.
- Depending on availability, we can reserve a table in our wine bar, there you can bring your darling with you for meal.
- FROM WINTER 2020: Dog bed and dog bowl for your darling in the room.

Ideal for holidays with dogs
In addition to the large hotel area, where dogs can really let off steam and run around, there are countless hiking and walking opportunities which include a dip in the cool mountain lake in summer. In winter, the prepared winter trails are ideal for “walkies”.
Please ask us in advance at the reception which routes can be walked with dogs and which not. Please always carry a dog poo bag and dispose of it in the rubbish bins provided directly on the paths or in the hotel.

Thank you for your understanding!
- Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, in the children's or wellness areas, or in the indoor pool. You are welcome to bring your dog to our bar, onto the sun terrace and into the cosy wine lounge.
- Please control your dog’s hunting instincts concerning our rabbits, cats and other animals, some of which walk around freely on the Neubergerhof grounds.
- Dogs must be on a lead in all areas of Filzmoos.
