Our A la Carte kitchen is open from 12:00 - 14:00 and from 18:00 - 20:30. Small cold and hot meals are available throughout the day. If you would like to enjoy A la Carte in the evening, please let our service team or the reception team know. You will receive a credit for the dinner menu of € 10.00 (children € 5.00).

Breakfast pastries are delivered fresh daily (also on Sunday) directly to your apartment door. Please place your order at the reception the night before.

At the Bacherhof are 4 apartments for 2-6 guests. Of course, you can also book half-board.

Your room is ready for occupancy from 15:00 onwards. Early arrival is of course also possible. You can already enjoy breakfast (from 07:30 to 10:30) and take advantage of the amenities of our hotel.

The Sparkasse and the Raiffeisenbank in Filzmoos each have an ATM.

Bathrobes, slippers and bath towels are provided in the room as well as in the apartments in the Bacherhof. Children's sizes from approx. 6 years old. In the sauna area, there are extra-long sauna towels for free use.

Would you like to end your holiday comfortably? You are welcome to enjoy the hotel amenities (spa, WASTL Kid’s Club, activities as per the weekly programme, etc.). However, please leave your room by 11:00. Simply drop off your bath bag and bathrobe at the reception upon your departure. A changing room can be found on the 1st basement level.

We kindly ask you to leave your room by 11:00. Depending on the availability of the room, you can use it longer on the day of departure for an extra fee. Please check at the reception the day before your departure.

You are welcome to bring your “four-legged family member” to the Neubergerhof. Price per dog, per day € 25.00 (without food) - from the summer 2024 the dog cocts per dog, per day € 30.00 (without food). Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or in the children's and wellness areas.

The tap water throughout the hotel is a soothing mountain spring water from our own spring in the Bacher Forest and has excellent drinking quality. Enjoy the pleasant taste!

In the dry room (basement of the main house) you can dry your wet clothes.

Cot/travel bed as well as bed guard (please register before arrival), high chair, baby phone, diaper bucket, buggy, toboggan and back carrier are at your disposal for our youngest guests.
The baby kitchen, equipped with electric stove, microwave, kettle and vaporiser, is accessible to our guests 24 hours a day.

Our small fitness room with high-quality fitness equipment from Technogym (ergometer, stepper, treadmill and multi-gym) is located in the basement of the main building. For safety reasons, children up to 14 years of age are only allowed to use the devices under the supervision of their parents.

No problem! The kitchen team around Martin & Maria Reiter is happy to address this. In a personal conversation with the kitchen management, your wishes will be taken into account. Please inform us directly at the time of booking about any food intolerances, so that the kitchen can be informed in advance.

We are happy to reserve a space for you (€ 10,00 per day). Please ask at the reception.

The hiking bus takes you directly from the hotel to the surrounding Alpine pastures and to Ramsau. The hiking bus is free of charge for Neubergerhof guests only on presentation of the Salzburg Sports World Card. These are available at the reception. The bus timetable is in the guest folder in your room/apartment.

Hiking sticks can be rented free of charge at the reception. The backpack is on your room. Please bring them back cleaned. Thank you!

The small Neubergerhof farm shop with produce from local farmers such as jam, brandy, nice souvenirs, home accessories, etc. is open at any time.

Ironing is available in the guest laundry room in the hotel basement. The iron is available at reception.

For a wonderful walk in nature, we are happy to provide you with a kid’s buggy or a hiking carrier.

Free rental of the hotel's mountain bikes. We are happy to give you route suggestions. Mountain E-bikes (for an extra charge) - reservation the day before is recommended.

Navigation devices are very practical and generally help lead you to your destination. However, there are always exceptions, so follow the signs the last few metres to the hotel and do not rely exclusively on your navigation device.

The kitchen will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for a fee of € 7.50 if you have planned a longer day trip. Please just let us know at the reception.

At the Neubergerhof there are enough parking spaces, free of charge. You can rent a garage space for € 6.00 per day, subject to prior registration and availability.

You can pay your hotel bill at the end of your stay in cash, with EC/Debit Card, with VISA or Mastercard. If requested, a bank transfer of the remaining amount before arrival is also possible.

Our reception is available daily from 08:30 to 22:00 for your questions and requests.

The same table in our restaurant is always reserved for you for the duration of your stay. We make every effort to respond to your table requests as far as possible. Please understand if we cannot always meet them. Restaurant bills are posted to your overall hotel bill. Please check and sign your bill before leaving the restaurant. Subsequent complaints can no longer be considered.

You can pay the room bill at any time. Please sign your restaurant and bar receipts immediately after consumption. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept subsequent complaints. We accept cash, EC card, Mastercard and VISA.

The organic-panorama sauna, the Finnish apple wood sauna and the steam bath are in operation from 11:00 - 19:00. The feel-good oasis is a “room of silence” for relaxing and resting. Admission is only for adults from 18 years old. Thank you for your understanding! You are welcome to reserve the family/children's sauna privately for your family upon prior reservation.

This is located on the 1st basement level, accessible from outside via the stairs to Sport Stefan. The boot dryers are heated.

Free ski bus from Neubergerhof to Filzmoos approx. every 50 minutes (also for non-skiers). The bus timetable is available at the reception.

Morning and afternoon tickets, as well as day tickets for the Filzmoos/Neuberg ski area, and also tickets from 1.5 days to 8 days for the entire Ski amadé ski region are available at the hotel reception. These will be billed to your room bill. We would like to point out that for the ski passes / a deposit of € 3.00 per card is collected on keycards.

Our cooperation partner “Schischule Filzmoos” offers ski and snowboard lessons for children and adults, as well as private lessons. Course bookings can be made directly at the hotel reception. Payment is done via your hotel bill. Neubergerhof guests receive a discount.

In the new part of the building, child locks are invisibly integrated into all sockets. In the main building, please plug the child locks into the sockets and turn to the right or down.

Your wishes are important to us and we are happy to fulfil them. However, we ask for your understanding that your desired room or your favourite place in the restaurant may not always be available. Rest assured however, that we are doing our utmost.

Taxi for your arrival and departure to Bischofshofen for € 25.00 per trip, Radstadt for € 15.00 per trip and Free pick-up from Eben im Pongau with the Neubergerhof hotel taxi during the day from 08:00 to 20:00. For other trips we are happy to organise a taxi for a fee. Payment can be made via your hotel bill.
