- 1. Filzmoos is known as a snow hole and we strongly assume that there will still be some to be seen in March/April. All ski lifts in Filzmoos are expected to be open up to and including March 29, 2020 and the Papageno gondola including high-altitude trail up to and including April 13, 2020.
Filzmoos is a manageable ski area for beginners, returnees or professionals who would like to leave their tracks in the snow undisturbed. Of course, children are also in good hands, as the ski area is known for being family-friendly. Another plus point: There are no waiting times at the lift! Perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy a day of skiing to the fullest.
- Filzmoos is part of the “Ski amadé” ski association. With around 270 ski lifts and cable cars, this is one of the largest winter sports areas in Europe. It includes around 25 locations involved in it. This enables the association to offer hotels like the Neubergerhof interesting ski packages.We are offering you the “Easter family promotion” from March 14th, 2020, suitable for all those who have made a last-minute decision. The price includes 7 nights including gourmet luxury board, a discounted 6-day ski pass for parents and free ski passes for children born in 2004 and later (official proof of family membership and a common main residence are required).
Skiing for beginners, whether children or adults, is ideal in the Filzmoos ski area. The little ones between the ages of 3 and 6 can learn their very first turns on the hotel's own magic carpet. The kids and our supervisors take the snow taxi to the WASTL winter wonderland. There the little ones learn their first steps in the snow in a playful way. And for all children who are already experienced skiers, there are guaranteed course places at our partner ski school Bögei. If you book the ski course through the Neubergerhof, you will get a -10% discount on the prices quoted.
- For the kids who visit the Bögei ski school, we offer a free, accompanied transfer directly to the ski school. After a successful day of skiing, whether it's a half-day or full-day course, Angelika will pick you up again. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxed day of skiing for the parents.
If you don't feel like skiing, the kids' club is always available. Our supervisors are there for you from Sunday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Since we make sure that our guests spend a relaxing holiday with us at the Neubergerhof, we have a small shop from the local "Sport Stefan" in the hotel, where you can conveniently rent your ski equipment for young and old.
- So that you don't waste so much time at the lift ticket office, you can purchase your ski passes from us at the reception.
- Another positive point is the local ski bus. It leaves every 50 minutes from the front door and takes you to the ski lifts in Filzmoos.
- Last but not least, after a sporty day of skiing, you can look forward to an après-ski snack in the hotel with a cake buffet, coffee and tea. And so that you can warm up again after the cold temperatures outside, our sauna is open for you until 7 p.m.
