Wine shop for wine connoisseurs
Manu, our restaurant manager, watches over our fine wines. The wine shop contains specially selected wines, which sommelier Manu is happy to taste with you. You can choose from white and red wines, cuvées of different grape varieties, sparkling wine, champagne or dessert and sweet wines.

All our wines can be ordered as a glass or a bottle. Would you like a small one? Or a large one?
Our wine list
2x a year at the beginning of the summer and winter seasons, Manu goes on a wine tour. She browses wine catalogues, surfs the internet and makes telephone calls with wine suppliers – always looking for new delicacies from the great wide world of wines. Mostly Manu buys nationally. But a few carefully selected international wine bottles line the shelf of our wine shop.
1x weekly wine tasting

The wine tasting takes place as standard 1x per holiday week. Manu explains interesting things about vineyards, winemakers, grape varieties and more, while you slowly taste the difference from glass to glass.

With this part of his work, Manu has turned one of his hobbies into a profession. For our restaurant manager, a good glass of wine is just as much a part of a successful meal as the 4-star service and the pleasant ambience all around.
Manu is happy to answer questions about our wine range and advises which wine he would choose for which dish.
