Everything tastes twice as good in our stylish panorama restaurant or on the terrace overlooking the enchantingly beautiful valley.  Martin Reiter and his wife Maria, as well as chef Lars Uhlig, turn the pure local ingredients with a lot of love into honest dishes - always tasty, sometimes vegetarian, and even vegan on request.

Neubergerhof guests who have booked the Gourmet Pamper Board, as well as day guests who are pampered in our A la Carte restaurant, enjoy healthy regional cuisine in a dreamlike setting and stylish ambience.

From A like aperitif to Z like “zam hockn”

An aperitif taken in front of the crackling fire is an ideal warm-up to dinner. And afterwards, a nightcap at the Sepp & Soda Bar is almost compulsory. It is also very cosy in the rustic wine lounge. It is a good place to “zam hockn” (sit together) for games and fun times.

The Neubergerhof sits in front of the Bischofsmütze Mountain and Dachstein Massif panoramas in the midst of pristine landscapes. Splashing streams on one side and wonderfully fragrant meadows on the other. Here you can pamper yourself with culinary delights.

We have been awarded the AMA gastro seal.
It has to be regional and fresh. And if we refine the dishes with herbs from Grandma's garden, it tastes twice as good!

We were awarded the AMA Gastro Award for our fresh food preparation and use of regional raw produce. The guidelines for maintaining this culinary appreciation are simple. Food from 7 categories (meat, dairy products, eggs, fruit, vegetables, apples, game and freshwater fish) has been proven to be sourced from regional farmers and traders. Or, as is the case with us, it also comes from our own farm.

  • Local butcher Max Mann - meat and sausage expert (27 minutes away)

  • Wolflehen - Specialist for quark & cream cheese (6 minutes away)
  • Schoberhof - tasty goat's cream cheese (6 minutes away)
  • Filzmoos Hunters Lodge - Game (all around in the Neuberg and Filzmoos forests)
  • Alpine pasture Ox meat from our own farm
    Our oxen can be found on the Alpine pasture in summer eating the fresh grass. In winter, they spend relaxing hours in the warm stable at Neubergerhof.
