Price information, general information on your booking or hotel bill

On the day of departure, please vacate rooms and apartments by 11:00. Late check out is subject to availability and for a fee. On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 15:00.

• Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 2 weeks prior to arrival
• In case of cancellation from 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival, 70% will be charged
• In case of cancellation within 1 week before arrival, 90% will be charged
• In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% will be charged

Cancellation costs are charged without exception, therefore we recommend taking out cancellation insurance. For more information, see European Insurance.

Room numbers and floors - we cannot make a firm commitment when making your reservation. As far as possible, we will gladly take your wishes into account.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash, with debit/bank card, VISA or Mastercard as well as by bank transfer before arrival.
