On July 11th, 2025, we had the pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone – our topping-out ceremony. For this occasion, we invited everyone who has made and continues to make our construction project possible: dedicated companies, hardworking employees, dear friends, and supportive neighbors.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the placement of the topping-out tree. This traditional tree is meant to bring good fortune and blessings to the future residents of the house and to protect the building from misfortune. It also marks the completion of the structural phase or, more precisely, the installation of the roof truss – a major milestone in any construction project.
The Reiter family, together with the carpenters from Innovaholz, mounted the tree and raised a glass to this special moment. This symbolic gesture meant more to us than just tradition – it was a heartfelt expression of our gratitude and appreciation for everything that is being built here.
After a brief speech by our construction manager and the Reiter family, the celebration was officially opened. Lars fired up the smoker, while Maria and Andrea set up the buffet – kicking off the culinary portion of the evening. As delicious aromas drifted across the festival grounds, the band Filzmoos Power energized the crowd with their infectious sound and uplifting music.
This evening was not only a celebration of construction progress, but above all, a celebration of community. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all helping hands, the tireless employees, our friends, neighbors, and of course, the companies executing the work – those who show up every day with passion and dedication. Without you, this project wouldn't be possible!
We are proud and grateful to walk this path with such amazing people. The topping-out celebration was a true celebration of togetherness – and a taste of everything we will continue to achieve together.
